Boundary County Translator District
Regular Meeting—Board of Directors
August 18, 2009
Chairman Michael Listman called the regular meeting of the Boundary County Translator District Board of Directors to order at 4:00 p.m.
1. Roll Call Present:
a. Board Members:

Also Present:
Deborah Youngwirth Mike Ladely - Excused
2. Minutes of Previous Meeting
Meeting minutes from prior month were destroyed in the fire. Acceptance of prior month minutes tabled. Roger Fraser motioned to table, Anthony Compton seconded, motion carried.
3. Treasurer’s Report
a. Anthony Comption motioned to approve treasurer’s report as presented, Roger Fraser seconded, motion carried.
b. Accounts Receivable – Gary Garret – still not making payment as agreed. He has until 12/31/209 to make full payment.
4. Old Business:
a. Tax Waivers – have until mid-next month to give list of excluded waivers. There is still a question on the people who are able to receive questionable radio coverage. Anthony Compton motioned to allow those with questionable coverage to remain off the list until further investigation can be done as to quality of service, Carl Hendricks seconded, motion carried.
5. Maintenance Report
1. No report from Mike Ladely this month.
2. Digital Conversion – still getting some complaints regarding service. Some of the issues are attributable to antennae coverage.
3. Fee Issues on Channel 93.7 – tabled to next month.
6. New Business:
a. Fire Loss – on document recovery – ICRMP was notified and there may be some recovery costs incurred to stabilize the documents recovered from the office fire.
7. Tax Waiver Applications:
a. None.
8. Emergency Response Committee Report:
1. None.
Carl Hendricks motioned to adjourn the meeting, Anthony Compton seconded, motion carried.
